If you find somebody who's suffering, or you think they're suffering from a heart attack, the important thing to do is, obviously, call the emergency services, but also get them to a position where they're comfortable. So, what we do is we position them on the floor, maybe against a wall, a tree, or something like that. Sit them down on the floor, bring their knees up towards their chest, and lean them forward. What this is doing is its opening up the chest cavity to enable that less pressure on the heart. We wouldn't want to lay them down and elevate their legs because that would put a massive pressure on the heart. So, this is the least amount of pressure that's happening in the heart. We leave them in this position. We keep talking to them and, obviously, get emergency services there as quick as possible.
